Lance represented me as a buyer . A good realtor is critical to a real estate transaction...an exceptional one is priceless. Lance knows the market, the Florida laws and the process and guides you every step of the way. He is excellent at communication with the mortgage brokers ,title companies, inspection companies . He is super smart, patient and understanding as well as responsive . I can recommend him highly to anyone looking for an exceptional agent. There are tons of realtors in central Florida but none as exceptional as Lance, I never considered another agent because he is simply the best at what he does .
