I recently had to sell my sister's house in Longwood, Florida, in a probate sale. Since I live in Missouri, I was lost as who to hire to represent the estate. Kevin called me, as many other realtors did, to discuss listing the property. He was so professional that I listed with him right then and there--on the phone without actually meeting him in person. He was great! He referred me to many vendors to get the house in order to sell as it was a mess. I don't know what I would have done without him and his wife Ivey. I went there for 8 days and all the work needed was done in those 8 days! It went on the market and we had multiple offers within 2 days. It sold and closed escrow within 2 weeks, all cash!
