As a local herself, she really knows the market and was able to find us our dream home that will happily accommodate my mom, my husband and me, our visiting adult Floridian daughter and her friends - and our three pooches! - for many years to come. And she helped us negotiate just the right deal. She kept us informed during every step of the process and she made everything so easy for us with clear communication and solid advice. I particularly enjoyed the fact that she’s a fellow detail-oriented list maker. IYKYK! Kelly is a lovely person and we throughly enjoyed working with her. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Jessica from day one was a Fantastic agent to work with! She first started working with us from a distance( 1000 miles away ) by video walking thru a number of houses with us. We then developed a plan and route of houses we were interested in seeing for our visit. Her knowledge of the area, and market, in both older and newer houses as well as properties and builder was top notch. We were back and forth on buying a home or build on a property and ended up purchasing a home and Jessica was with us every step of the way, answering questions, running down recommendation and being a true professional all the way!
