Jacky is amazing and I can't thank her enough for her hard work as our real estate agent to sell our house in Orlando. She is a brilliant, hardworking, and caring professional. She got us a fast sale, over list price! Jacky knew exactly what to do to make our home attractive and competitive. She was patient with us and understood what a big, emotional step it was to sell the home we had lived in for 13 years. She also spent a lot of effort on marketing, providing us with stunning photography and videography and a catchy listing. When we went live, we immediately got showings scheduled and had a last-minute change due to offers coming in and she worked hard to move our open house up, while still ensuring it received a lot of traffic. We ended up closing 3 weeks after listing. She also helped us smoothly navigate negotiations after inspection that left both sides happy. We moved out of Florida to New England and Jacky also recommended a colleague to help us up north. We knew we could trust him since she recommended him! We credit her for helping us make this huge step. She also provided thoughtful touches throughout the process, including a celebratory closing that left us feeling refreshed after the hard work and emotions of moving out! She is a joy to work with and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in Central Florida.
