He worked very hard to handle the listing agent and seller, the inspection process, and work with our broker to get the purchase done quickly and under the list price. Emily was very helpful and spent the time to listen to our needs and find us a terrific house. She was detail oriented when negotiating the sales contract. We were out of state coming in for a short visit and Emily dedicated the week to us. She also went to preview houses before we arrived in Florida which saved us time.
