I could not have asked for a better person to help me. I live in Wisconsin and was looking for a second home in Florida. Long term clients because Marcus is the best!

Marcus managed to condense our showings and open houses strategically to minimize the amount of time we would have to be out of the house. He helped us get the maximum amount (well over asking price), along with back up offers signed and in place. He always answered our questions in a timely manner and supported us through the whole process. He has gotten us every house we’ve wanted and has sold our houses simultaneously to make the deals work. We have used Marcus through eight transactions now and wouldn’t consider ever using anyone else!
