Listing my property with Flat Rate Realty was a great experience. Stephen was prompt and professional. They made all the listing updates quickly and everything went smoothly. Definitely recommend them.

We had good experience! Took time at beginning to explain the process. Response time was great!!

We enjoyed working with Stephen and the Flat Fee Team. Very responsive and helpful with the hard questions.

During the entire time we worked with Darlene there never was a time that she did not respond to every email, or telephone call that we made to her. Her attention to us made us feel very important to her. She went above and beyond to help us sell our home in Leesburg. She was always upbeat and positive and always made us feel like we were very important to her.

We had an amazing experience working with Darlene during our first home-buying journey! From the moment we were referred to her, she immediately reached out to learn about our preferences, budget, and desired location. Right away, she started sending us homes that matched what we were looking for, making the entire process feel organized and exciting. While we were searching for homes, Darlene also connected us with our lender, Tim, who was just as outstanding. Together, they made an incredible team and helped everything move smoothly. We started looking at homes toward the end of June and toured around 12 houses before finding the one we loved. We submitted our offer on July 8, and once we were ready to move forward, Darlene carefully explained every step of the process and let us know exactly what to expect. As each milestone was completed, she sent detailed video updates explaining what came next, which made us feel informed and confident throughout the entire experience. Darlene also negotiated several items into our offer, all of which were accepted. Thanks to her expertise and dedication, we closed on July 31. The entire process was incredibly fast, and we couldn't believe how smoothly everything came together. As first-time home buyers, having someone as knowledgeable, responsive, and supportive as Darlene made all the difference. We can't recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Darlene, for making our first home-buying experience such a positive and memorable one!

She made my home buying experience very easy. Definitely recommend!

Mango was wonderful to work with, and he supported us through the entire process. He was very responsive to all our questions and concerns. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

We are truly grateful for everything Mahmoud did for our family. After having our home listed with another agent for almost 6 months without success, we honestly started losing hope that it would sell. Then we met Mahmoud, and everything changed. Not only did he do an amazing job marketing our property and pricing it correctly, but he was also extremely hands-on throughout the entire process. He personally attended many of the showings and always made us feel like our home and situation truly mattered to him. What impressed us the most was that he brought us 3 different offers to choose from, giving us options and confidence moving forward. On top of that, he negotiated a 50-day lease back for us after closing, which allowed our family to spend one last Christmas in our home without stress or rushing to move out. That meant more to us than words can explain.Mahmoud also helped the buyers with their mortgage and was able to get them a better deal than anyone else offered. Having someone who understands both real estate and mortgages made the entire transaction smoother for everyone involved. He truly is a one-stop shop.If you are looking for someone hardworking, knowledgeable, honest, and who genuinely cares about his clients, we absolutely recommend Mahmoud Mango.

Working with Mahmoud was such a great experience. He sold my house super fast and was there for me through everything — even when things got complicated with the title company, he stayed on top of it and made sure we got to the finish line. I felt supported the whole way, and I couldn’t have done it without him. I’ll definitely be sending my friends and family his way!
