David Myers represented the sale of our Kissimmee home. We wanted to assure the best timing, so David worked with us for almost a year, sending us detailed information for sales in the area on a daily basis. He responded almost immediately every time we made contact. Once we decided on the timing and pricing, our home sold almost immediately. In addition we are planning to purchase a home in the area that better suits our needs. David has already started assisting with our search. We have purchased and sold many homes over the past 30+ years. We will only use David Myers for our real estate needs in central Florida going forward. He is absolutely the best of the best.

Shirlei DeVito And Paul Iwakawa were an absolute joy to work with. Not only did they exceed every expectation we had but they made sure we were satisfied and informed the entire process. Shirlei proved to be the best decision we made when it came to deciding who we would use to find our next home. They bent over backwards working around my busy scheduale to make sure I had plenty of time to see the homes on the market and negotiated hard to get us an amazing deal on a beautiful home. I am not one to normally rant and rave but the level of excellence from the DeVito Homes Team came nothing short of Perfect! This is a group I would and will continue to recommend and will not question where we go to when we are ready for our next purchase! Thank you Shirlei And The DeVito Homes Team!!!! You made our Dreams come true!!!
