Leslie is amazing! Our ask was somewhat complex being that we were buying our first investment property in Florida and to add a little twist we live in the Northeast. Leslies’ knowledge of not only the properties, but of the nuanced regulations made the search a breeze. She valued our time and was efficient when we traveled down for a day of showings. We had a unique situation with a seller backing out of a deal at the 11th hour, but Leslie was 100% prepared to help us navigate the situation. Knowing we were back in town for a limited amount of time, Leslie had us out of that deal and viewing new potential properties the same day! The rest of the process was smooth sailing. Leslie not only knows the market, she understands real estate as a whole from all aspects. We will definitely be working with Leslie in the future as we continue to grow our portfolio.
