Harrison helped me and my two sons with my first Florida home purchase. He was excellent throughout. He was knowledgeable, shared thoughtful insights, helpful in obtaining information about the homes and the area, and overall just a pleasure to work with. He was respectful of our time and our wants—he didn’t show us any houses that were outside of what we had communicated was our preference. He also did not push any particular properties, or try to work us toward houses that were outside of our original price range. He dealt seamlessly with the seller’s agent, and ensured that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. We would recommend him (and have recommended him) to anyone looking for an agent that is there with you to make the home buying experience efficient, effective and enjoyable.
