I recently purchased a home completely remotely, and I could not have done it without the incredible expertise and dedication of my agent. Since I was unable to view the property in person, a dear close friend went on my behalf, but I relied entirely on my agent to be my eyes, ears, and trusted advisor. From start to finish, her communication and coordination were flawless. She expertly managed the moving parts between the title company, the mortgage lender, and the home inspector, keeping me informed of every required detail so I was perfectly prepared at every milestone. She truly went above and beyond right up to a successful closing—even coordinating with the seller to ensure I received all keys, garage door openers, and the necessary passwords for the security cameras. To top it all off, she provided a comprehensive list of local utility, power, and internet companies to make my transition effortless. She made a complex, long-distance purchase feel completely seamless. I highly recommend her services to anyone looking to buy a home!

Randall helped us through the entire process from looking at multiple neighborhoods and homes. He recommended the neighborhood that we found our forever home. He knows the areas well where to look and where not too. He negotiated a good price on the home we purchased. He was there for us through the entire process.

I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things!
