We had been casually looking in the area for a few years until we saw this house and fell in love. We came from Miami immediately and loved it even more in person. Jessica was the seller's agent but agreed to represent us as well and we feel she did an excellent job keeping all parties happy and ultimately getting us into this beautiful home, even taking care of inspections and everything. We are so happy.

Not enough stars to give Jim McQuade for his exceptional service in assisting me with a difficult house closing. From the very start we had communication issues from the seller and the listing agent. Jim stayed on top of everything and with his expertise and recommendations, I was able to finally close on the house. He recommended a mortgage company that could help assist with a quick close and a fast and reliable inspection company. Jim and Tatiana made sure documents were signed on time for a final and smooth close. I would without a doubt use Jim again for purchasing or selling a house.
