Other agents only know how to search for houses in the MLS database, and show houses, Ozan goes the extra mile by giving trustworthy and logical ideas for investments, gives you suggestions for the offer letter to best benefit you, give you an idea of how much you should put down for you interest, and helps you network to contractors and any home related services if needed. In short, Ozan is essentially “The People’s Agent.” He will definitely be the agent I will continue using for my next projects!
