The previous owner had unpaid HOA dues and mortgage payments so the house had liens, probate, and banks were beginning to forclose. Even with a dishonest and lazy agent for the deceased owner, Karen was able to rise above these difficult challenges and get us this great property. Any other realtor would not have bothered!
