We met Beverly at an open house she was showing in Clermont close to 3 years ago. That day she listened to us and even though that wasn't the house for us she told us she will help us find our dream home. She was so easy to talk to and seem to really care. We kept in touch as we weren't in an urgent situation to find a home but was waiting for the right home for us and she patiently waited for us to decide. Beverly was never pushy, just completely professional and became a friend to us really, checking in with us every few months to see how things were going. We had friends wanting to move to Florida and referred her in which with Beverly's help, they found their forever home. Life happens here and there so Beverly just kept in touch until we finally found the area we fell in love with and worked up the offer on our forever home. With her great negotiating skills and covering every detail along the process, we were finally able to make our forever home a reality just like our friends did.

I was given Lisa’s name snd credentials by a trusted friend and was never disappointed with her knowledge, familiarity in the areas of interest. Lisa was and is extremely helpful in all the related concerns regarding the property vslues, sales aspect and even aftermarket details setting up anew home which include most of the related utilities, dealing with associated vendors… Lisa comes highly recommended by me and well worth having her in your favor.

I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!
