Wow, what an incredible experience I had with Nicholas Bates. He was as Our agent on the sale of my home in Broward County and purchase of Our New Home on west coast of Florida. I had a unusual situation; as I thought. I was hoping to sell and buy around same time so transition would be easier on family.
