So, we were able to look at the pictures and information to decide which ones we wanted to see, it made the process so much easier. We found the perfect home that had been eluding us for a while, and after we saw it she helped us make a decision on what to offer. We made the initial offer, and it was accepted, at the same time she worked with us to list our current house, she had a photographer come out, and she made the process smooth. We had a lot of showings due to her staging recommendations and received multiple offers. We sold for the price we wanted and purchased our new house for what we expected to get it for. She was honest about what she told us during the process, and she made sure we understood what was going on throughout the entire process.
