I had a very positive experience working with Ben as the realtor for the sale of my parent's home. From start to finish he was very professional, knowledgeable, and, accessible as we went through the various stages of the selling process. Ben was quickly able to identify changes in the market conditions which allowed us to change our initial strategy and moved to one which made the property available to market quicker. These actions resulted in the property selling in a matter of a few days. Throughout the process he kept me updated and worked we with Title to ensure that the process moved along smoothly. It was great working with Ben on this sale.

We met Shane while looking to buy a home for my dad. He was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking to buy at and he offered to put me on his home list just in case another property came available. After working with Shane for about a few days on the house search for dad, we decided to use him to buy a house for us. He was very attentive to our needs and want. He listened to what we had to say and gave us pointers about what to look for in the areas we were searching. He went with us across Florida in search of our Forever Home. There were so many obstacles thrown into our house hunting plans especially during a pandemic, but he was always willing to help and understanding to our concerns. If you are looking for a realtor that will listen to YOUR needs and wants about your first, second, or FOREVER home then Shane is your guy. We will continue to recommend and use Shane for future home purchase. Thank you Shane for all your hard work and patience with us.

Daniela made the process of buying my first home not feel complicated, there was a real accompaniment and guide at all times, generating an environment of trust and control over each step, she is super professional and with great ethics. Thank you Daniela

Alison is truly one of the best realtors I’ve ever worked with. She’s incredibly down-to-earth, passionate about helping her clients, and takes the time to really understand the story behind the sale. Alison sets realistic expectations while still hustling hard to find the right buyer for her clients. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care make the entire process so much smoother. I highly recommend working with her!
