Our third home transaction with Deanna and Luxe Properties and we couldn't be happier with the very professional / personalized service she provided us.

Andrew is truly the best. Andrew is the most patient and compassionate realtor I’ve ever worked with. I was relocating from out of state and always made time for me when I sporadically wanted to see homes. He never made me feel pressured or like a burden. Andrew is kind, even checking up with me after I purchased to make sure I was happy in my home. Andrew helped me secure a rental while I was still living in another state by going and FaceTiming me. He truly goes above and beyond. After I was here and ready to purchase, as soon as I called - he was ready to go. I have purchased three homes and worked with multiple realtors in the past and I have never felt as cared for as when I worked with Andrew. I was stressed when it was time to find a place since I had to relocate fast but he connected me with lender options and had houses that were exactly what I was looking for lined up every time I was ready. Andrew’s patience is what sets him apart and if you want a realtor who can make you feel like you are just a commission but a friend, he is your guy! 10/10 highly recommend!

I bought a house from Edward a few years ago. He made the house buying experience pleasant and effortless. He even gave me advice on how to turn my former residence into an income-generating property. Years later when the time came to sell the new place, I turned to Edward. It sold in days, above asking price. Having used Edward to both buy and sell a property, I can say he is simply the best.

I am fortunate as an out of town seller to have had the guidance or Ricky Richard as my agent.
