Rob was amazing to work with! As a first time homebuyer, I wasn’t really sure what questions to ask, what was to be expected, etc. Rob and Melanie (his Transaction Coordinator) were there with me every step of the way to answer questions and help me through the process. I bought a condo, so there were additional steps and I had quite a few questions. They acted as a liaison between me, the condo association, and the seller and clearly communicated with me regarding any issues. In an age when many of us rely on text and email, Rob was great at picking up the phone. He personally went with me to the inspection, walk-through, and the closing. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

I honestly can't say enough good things about working with Christina. She was simply amazing throughout the whole process of selling my home. She got me nearly my full asking price and had my house under contract within 24 hours of my listing going active. Without a doubt, she is the only realtor I would ever use in the future. You would be a fool to go with anyone else.

Brad appeared to be very knowledgeable about the housing market , I appreciated him working with my daughter and taking the time to show her the house before we got into Orlando. He encourage us to make an offer since we had a motivated seller. Overall experience was great!
