Susan was always available when we had questions or concerns. She helped us from the beginning of our search for a new home, and continues to be there even after we closed. She helped with recommendations for the financing and inspections. She went above and beyond what our expectations were in a Real Estate Agent. I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! This is my second real estate purchase with Dragana, and honestly, that should tell you everything you need to know. Buying a house is exciting… almost too exciting. Since I could only look at homes on the weekends, she dedicated entire Saturdays to my search, from dawn until dusk. We regularly toured 15+ homes in a single day, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was taking too much of her time. She was always patient, responsive, and available whenever I needed her. She wasn’t focused on making a sale. She was focused on making sure I bought the right home, and that’s exactly why I trusted her enough to work with her again.
