Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!

Wanda was amazing and truly efficient. She’s engaged from start to finish. Communications were timely and her property searches were spot on. She kept our needs as well as our wants in mind, and did not waste our time by showing us properties that wouldn’t meet them. The title company selected by the seller was lacking, but thanks to Wanda and my mortgage team I was able to close on time. I have already and will continue to recommend Wanda as a realtor.

Hillary is fantastic at what she does. If you use Hillary as your realtor you will get a very personable and knowledgeable young professional. Hillary is also very communicative and would get back to me almost immediately whenever I had a question. Something that I've learned during this process is that it's very complicated and there's a lot of parts to it, but Hillary was there to guide me through the whole way. Whenever a little snag would happen, not only was Hillary able to fully explain it to me, but she was already on top of it with a solution or mitigation. Something that you also get with Hillary is her extensive list of contacts. Every person who she recommended to me was fantastic and also held great respect for Hillary, so they also provided me with exemplary service. I said this to her multiple times during the process and I will say it again on this review. Hillary will be my realtor for life and I will always recommend her to anyone who is in need of a fantastic realtor.
