First home purchase

April Mitchell was amazing to work with. She provided all of the answers to any questions I had and gave me advice on anything she could. She understood my situation and that it was my first time ever buying and she made the process easier and smoother. She made it feel like we were family. I would recommend her to any person I know in a heart beat. If I ever buy another house it will for sure be with her.

Kelly was Amazing! We looked at a LOT of houses over several months! Kelly was very patient with our search and often dropped personal plans to show us properties! She contacted listing agents and HOAs when we had questions. Kelly was Awesome through the whole process! I know I was a picky and probably frustrating client but Kelly was patient, kind, and supportive! We’re now loving our dream home!

Kelly is awesome!

I live remote and had to sell my dad’s townhouse for him - so I needed an agent that was willing to be helpful and flexible. Kelly really went above and beyond… she was helping me find painters, meeting people at the townhome, etc, etc. My whole sales experience was so much easier thanks to Kelly - couldn’t have done it without her awesome help!

Repeat performance!

This was the second house I bought with Kelly. She is personable, responsive, and keeps things moving forward. She was able to work with the sellers to help my offer get accepted the opening weekend on a house with a lot of interest, and helped me navigate some challenges with inspections and insurance. I have already used Kelly twice, so it goes without saying I would work with her again!
