Becki's knowledge, communication skills, and responsiveness have been invaluable to us as we have searched for and finally found our home! With every house she showed us, she asked the right questions and noticed potential issues we wouldn’t have thought to notice or ask about. She was so patient with us as we searched for months for our dream home! She is truly someone who goes above and beyond, and we feel so thankful that we ended up having her in our corner! She has proved time and again that her priority is finding us a home that we love, for the best value possible. It gives such a peace of mind to work with a realtor whom you trust to act in your best interest! Becki always provides detailed, professional, data-driven analyses of how much a home is worth. She regularly referred us to homes in the low end of our price range... She is not someone who just looks for the highest possible commission or who brushes things under the rug to make sure the sale goes through... and she proved that to us repeatedly! It is a pleasure to work with someone who takes pride and integrity in their work. We have been so confident and proud to have Becki representing us as she communicated with sellers and their listing agents on our behalf. We feel that her representation gave us an edge in getting our dream home in this competitive sellers’ market. It is clear that she is very well-received and respected by others in the industry. She has also been a great referral source for local lenders and home inspectors. The people she recommended have gone out of their way for us to make sure we were well informed of the homebuying process. As first time homebuyers, we could not have been any luckier to have Becki as our advocate and representative, and we will ABSOLUTELY be calling her if we ever decide to sell our new home in the future! Could not recommend enough!

Very professional and knowledgeable . Knows the market well. Maria is very easy to work with and has a great attitude. I highly recommend her.

The Baer Team took a monumental event in our lives - selling our family home and moving- and handled it with a personal care and professional manner. We so appreciate how they handled every little and big part of planning and closing of our move. They are the best!
