I was a first time buyer who also works for a local contractor. I was on a hunt for the perfect starter home that needed a little TLC so I could really capitalize on my investment. Cheryl knew exactly what houses to show me and was able to assist me with putting an offer in within 2 weeks of looking. However where she really became most useful was helping me navigate the 3 almost 4 month closing caused by this home needing "a little TLC". No matter what hurdles where thrown at us she never gave up an always helped find a solution to cross that hurdle and keep moving down the road. Cheryl's commitment and dedication is truly what allowed me to get the first home of my dreams.

George has been a godsend. He has patiently guided me through all involved with selling my 2 houses. He is currently helping me find my "forever" home. I appreciate his knowledge of the market /reality which I really know nothing about. I don't feel like he's just doing his "job".
