We just want to express our thanks to Donna and her broker, Karen in getting our condo sold in a timely manner. This condo needed lots of work after a long term tenant was in and it was totally remodeled through the guidance of the brokerage agency. When completed we used Donna at that office and listed it at a fair price and through several open houses, Donna got it sold. She was very good in providing feedback on all showings done by her and other agents. We now have a second unit for sale within 6 months of that sale. Again, she is dealing with exterior remodeling and still attempting to deal with showings. She is determined to get it sold! Thanks!
