The last thing you want as a buyer is to waste time looking at homes that "aren't you". It's one thing for an agent to know the number of bedrooms, baths etc that you are looking for it is completely another thing for someone to know your families needs so well that they are able to make recommendations that may not fit into your exact "listed" parameters but work perfectly because they take the time to really understand who you and your family members are. When you can visit a property and they can connect to un-mentioned / unknown needs all because they took the time to really understand you and your family.
