From day one meeting Kim and through the entire process, working with Kim Coburn and team made home buying in Winter Springs and smooth and easy process. Kim was diligent and patient to find us our perfect home with. We couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Faced with the need to sell our mother’s home following her passing, we interviewed several agents and realized quickly that the Kim Coburn Team was the most professional, experienced, knowledgeable and customer focused. Kim immediately alerted us to work that would be needed to make the house conform to local/state requirements re: plumbing and roofing. Even though we live in other states, Kim and her team took on many tasks and provided contacts for reliable workmen that made it possible to sell the home without a need for us to be onsite. Kim provided a very effective marketing plan, including an online presence and home staging, that resulted in multiple offers within a few days that exceeded our listed price. Having bought and sold a number of homes, we highly recommend Kim Coburn and can confirm that she was the best realtor we ever had!
