Even though BOTH properties i listed with Matt got immediate full price offers, he still made sure the properties were sufficiently marketed in case something fell through. He is always ready to help, has great contacts for any needed work, and communicates in a timely, efficient manner. I can't recommend Matt highly enough! He makes the process easy for everyone.

Our recent purchase was contingent on our selling of another home. During a time. Where buying and selling was very challenging this was a very stressful and tedious process. Matt was an amazing Realtor on the buying end. He answered texts within minutes, gathered information, almost as quickly and often spontaneously provided feedback. There was not one incident where I had to wait for his response or feedback with information to assist me in this process. He showed houses to us twice because my wife could not make it the first time. As he took us through the homes, he took notes and provided us what we had found as positive and negatives on each when it came time for us to discuss our decision. He played a major role in being a liaison for us between several different people and agencies involved in the purchase of our home. At times, he took care of things that I probably should have. But knowing that we were selling a house and also had a death in the family of a very close person to us,He took the role and made sure everything was handled. Matt helped us purchase our home in Land O' Lakes, Florida, we were moving there from Kansas City, Missouri. Matt was excellent to work with!
