Gale was our agent when we moved to the area and we chose to hire her again when we decided to sell our property. Gale was always highly responsive throughout the entire process. Gale provided guidance on a variety of subjects and with her help we were able to maximize the sale price. Gale supported us with finding floor cleaners on short notice, staging the house, and photography and videos of the house for a high quality listing. We had already moved over an hour away, so it was great to have Gale local to show the house and be available for any urgent needs. The house was under contract within the first two weeks and closing went smoothly. We had a great experience working with Gale and recommend her to others!

We had such a wonderful experience working with Gale! As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated having someone with so much experience to guide us through every step of the process. Gale actually found our house for us while we were away on vacation, went to preview it for us, and made sure we were able to get in and see it as soon as we returned. We ended up in a multiple-offer situation, and Gale’s experience and creative thinking helped us put together an offer that ultimately won us the house! From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. Her 30 years of experience really showed and helped everything move along smoothly, while making what could have been an overwhelming process feel so much easier for us. We are so grateful to have had Gale by our side throughout this entire process. She truly went above and beyond for us, and we would highly recommend her to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers looking for someone who will really guide and advocate for them. It was an absolute pleasure working with her!

Gale's 30+ years of experience in the local market was a big help in determining where we wanted to look for a home. She gave us insights into the inner workings of the different neighborhoods which helped us identify the neighborhood in which we wanted to live. Due to the current competitive nature of the local market, it took us some time to find the right house, but she patiently stuck with us throughout the process and made sure we reached a successful conclusion. Her vast knowledge and professionalism gave us confidence that we would find the right house from the very beginning of the process. I highly recommend Gale as an agent for either a buyer or seller.
