She really actively markets it in numerous and diverse avenues. She is very honest and straightforward. We had an out of state trust get an appraisal through a third party in Wisconsin. It was madness but Holly kept her cool and got on the phone with all the parties and made sure that we got the correct appraisal. And when we moved out early, Holly kept an eye on things and even mailed our router back to us. She got us a great price and was accurate on how we should price the house.
