Iris has been and continues to be a God send walking my wife and I through the buying process. She went above and beyond doing extensive research on different homes we were interested in and found us our first home in a beautiful golf course community. Iris’ ability to maintain constant and effective communication with us made us feel like we were her only clients. She never missed a step. Even after the closing, Iris continues to check on us and assist us with post closing processes (tax, warranties and homestead etc.). I HIGHLY recommend Iris to anyone looking to purchase a home. Her expertise and knowledge knows no limits.

Over the years we have bought and sold about a dozen homes. We have been privileged to have worked with some fine realtors. For us Chrissy stands at the top of our realtor list with only one other agent. Chrissy’s depth of the local realty market was excellent. Her innovative approaches created a realty opportunity where none existed in our select area. By thinking “outside of the box” Chrissy made it possible for us to not only find a home in our desired area, but in our equally desired condo complex. Following the sale she supplied us with a list of contractors tailored to our renovations requirements. These professional all proved to be outstanding. Chrissy has our highest recommendation for anyone wanting an agent that will make their home dream come alive…. An absolute professional in every sense of the word.
