I hired Tom to handle selling multiple homes in Sanford and this particular home was the most challenging. I renovated this home to look beautiful however it was going to cost far more than it was worth to correctly renovate the trusses underneath the roof. He still found a buyer who put it under contract at a great price. Despite several kickbacks from inspections, the biggest holdup was that the roof permit had not been closed out when replaced 2 years prior. We closed anyway on condition I get my roofer to correct that situation and Tom continued to assist with that process AFTER the sale. He found an excellent roofer who not only quickly handled the job, but was even willing to be paid at closing! I didn't have to come out of pocket to replace the roof!
