Joan Manganaro and Cheyenne Watson are the best realtors I have ever worked with. They go the second and third mile. When we bought our first condo in River Cove Landing we were supposed to be meeting another realtor from Zillow. He never showed. Joan came and showed us the unit which we purchased. She has now shown us a second condo that we loved and purchased and she is listing our other condo and one we have in the Islands that is being renovated after the flood. She assists with moving, repairs and even did a walkthrough with my wife at the condo being renovated. I will never use another realtor group.

My brother owned a house in Orlando, but had to returned to Taiwan and rented the house to someone a few years ago. Unfortunately, his tenants were way behind on the rent and moved out eventually. Soon some people occupied the house and didn't pay any money either. It was a headache for us being out the country, and we really felt our hands were tied up. A few friends had tried to help but couldn't get it resolved, then Keith came to our rescue. He was referred to us by an old friend. On our first phone call, I knew we'd found the man, and it proved I was right. He was easy-going and very responsive, so we felt at ease with the whole process. If I had any questions, he'd be very patient in answering them for me. If he had different opinions from his past experience, he'd not hesitate to tell us and let us make our own decisions. All in all, it was a smooth flight with him on the pilot's seat. We would recommend him to anyone!
