Now in the Buyer role, Michele and Kim worked tirelessly to help us find the next right home. They were extremely flexible in arranging showings no matter when and where. Every question and concern was addressed. We had made several offers on properties that fell through. Michele's encouragement and reassurance in that we would find that right home did happen. Once we found our home, Michele and Kim walked us through the buying process. The viewings, inspections, and closing went seamlessly. We are now in the process of moving in. Emilie Parker is the kind of buyer’s agent you wish you could clone and send to every state. As someone in the real estate business myself (in another state), I can confidently say she and her Transaction Coordinator, Joe Blasko, are absolute top-tier. Emilie went above and beyond every step of the way and then somehow went even further at closing with the sweetest (and most delicious) gifts: sausage from her home-raised pigs, fresh eggs from her chickens, and gardening goodies. Honestly, I came for a house and left with a mini farm starter kit… my kids are still asking when the chickens are moving in. Professional, thoughtful, and just an all-around joy to work with. If every agent were like Emilie, this job would be a lot less stressful, and a lot more tasty. Highly recommend!

Kim takes the time to listen to what you want and show you houses throughout the week that meet the guidelines you set or houses you asked to see. She has fully has your back and will let you know if a house is over priced. She has renovation experience and will let you know what she would do in your shoes if a house may be a fixer upper.
