This was our third Condo purchase in the Orlando Area, and we used Cindy every time. Living in PA, it was helpful that Cindy will do a video walk-through of a property and offer pros and cons prior to making an offer. Her team is organized and helpful during all stages of the process - from offer to final settlement. She always answers our questions / concerns within a day, most of the time, the same day. Overall - Cindy has had such an impact on our lives. We're so fortunate she was on our side every time.

I have dealt with Scott on 8 transactions (both as buyer and seller, although more as the seller) Scott is amazing, from his knowledge of marketing properties, to the recommendations he makes about what to do to the home to sell it. He is indefatigable in his work ethic.
