Selling our home was a stressful reality until we hired Kristen Miller. From the very beginning, she took charge of the entire process and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable. Kristen not only staged our home beautifully for the open house and professional photos, but she also went above and beyond to handle unexpected issues that came up while we were out of town. Her attention to detail, professionalism, patience, and genuinely calm demeanor exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Kristen’s expertise and dedication, our home was under contract within weeks and sold for a record price in our community. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and are incredibly grateful for everything she did for us!

We were selling a home in The Villages and although Kristen is an MLS agent, she knew everything there was to know about finding a buyer in The Villages and selling our home in a timely manner. She held an open house at least once a week, went out of her way to help stage the house by buying fresh flowers for the outside grill area, providing snacks and drinks for the open houses and communicating daily with me. She is a very professional, but also friendly and courteous, and she has become a good friend of ours! I would recommend her to anyone trying to sell their house! Thank you Kristen!!

Kristen was very Professional and Extremely knowledgeable of my new Neighborhood which was so helpful!! She was very quick getting back to be with all my questions. Hopefully this is my last move, but if I ever move again, I will definitely use her again. I highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying!! Really LOVE this 5 Star Realtor❤️❤️
