From beginning to end 3 am 10 pm 4 am 11 pm Gary answered our calls , during this process of selling and buying a home , we chose Gary Berkson for both tasks ! Not only did he sell our Lake Mary home in less than 7 hours he found us our dream home ,Gary knows the Florida nuances we put our faith in Gary 3 years ago when we moved to Florida from Hershey PA Gary was the go to genius , & for that reason we chose Gary Berkson yet again when our daughter went to college and we were empty nesters , Gary will make sure you get to the table! We are extremely pleased that we chose Richard Vaughn as our realtor to sell our home. He was very knowledgeable in advising us as we prepared our house to be placed on the market. He was a wealth of information whenever we needed anything from the very beginning to the closing. He went way beyond expectations in assisting us with what could have been an HOA nightmare. His responsiveness to every detail and issue was exceptional. We highly recommend Richard Vaughn and would definitely use him again ourselves.
