I cannot say enough good things about working with Mandi as I ventured into the process of becoming a first time homebuyer. Mandi provided more help and guidance than I could have ever imagined! She made the process so efficient and easy to understand, having no deep knowledge about real estate prior. I loved the education she provided by explaining everything along the way. Her local knowledge of the area made me really trust her input. I went from sending her an introduction email asking for assistance to closing day in about 6 weeks. I also gained a new friend out of the homebuying process too!

She helped sell my father-in-laws house and was an absolute pro from beginning to end. She was incredibly thorough throughout the process and did her research on all aspects, most importantly pricing. She was also not afraid to be honest when we had opinions of whether to repair or upgrade certain items which was also very helpful. She has a great network of vendors she works with also, from stagers to repair people. She not only saved us money, she made us money. We would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a sellers agent, she is top notch!

I truly do not know where to begin. I was looking to purchase my first home (I was lost as to where to begin) and I asked my friend for a recommendation, and he informed me that Greg helped him with his home purchase, so I figured I’d give Greg a shot. From the first point of contact all the way through closing, and even after that, Greg has consistently remained the most attentive, professional, and courteous representative I’ve ever dealt with, from ANY company. (BMW has great service, and I thought that was the best until I’ve worked with Greg) he has made this process one of the most easiest things I’ve done in my life, and I guess buying a house really can be simple as long as you are equipped with a realtor that knows the inns and out of every little thing you could possibly think of. I’m so happy with my new house, and it’s all because Greg made it happen. If Greg was a lawyer, I’d hire him because of how sharp and precise he is in his explanations, his swift responses, and expedited services. On a scale of 1-10, overall, I’d give Greg a 20. HIGHLY Recommended!

I've been working with Rustina for over a decade now. She has successfully help my family manage two rentals over the years. In the past three years now I have sold one of those rentals and my main residence in FL. With the recent sale being our main residence she was again at the top of her game.
