We are grateful to have worked with Kat West as our realtor. She was responsive, patient and helpful throughout our homebuying process. As first time buyers we had many questions, concerns, etc she was avaliabe to help answer in a timely manner and guide us with her knowledge of the market. She maintained her professionalism, is personable and ultimately made our first homebuying experience as smooth as could be.

Lisa was very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. I will definitely recommend her to my friends, co-workers and relatives.

The decision to retain Ms. Pilchick was a fantastic one. When it was time to move my mother from her home, Ms. Pilchick provided guidance, suggested vendors, facilitated getting the house in order, and proactively assisted with making sure that her house was in the best shape possible to be sold for a fair price. Ms. Pilchick was a kind and helpful resource well before we formally retained her. She was not pushy or aggressive, and was a valued partner in the preparation and sale of this property. She went well above the call of duty to ensure communication and paperwork were understood and prepared correctly, and she made this process as painless as possible. There is no way that I can adequately express my thanks for her services, and my endorsement of her as a realtor. I would gladly provide a reference saying as much, and wish her every success - she earns it!
