Judith was wonderful and very informative throughout the entire closing process. She promptly answered all of my questions and kept me updated on all the steps. The day I looked at the house we put an offer down and it was accepted right away which would’ve not been possible without her negotiation skills! Overall, the entire process went very smoothly and I could have not done it without her. If I am looking to purchase another home in the future, I know who to call! I truly do not know where to begin. I was looking to purchase my first home (I was lost as to where to begin) and I asked my friend for a recommendation, and he informed me that Greg helped him with his home purchase, so I figured I’d give Greg a shot. From the first point of contact all the way through closing, and even after that, Greg has consistently remained the most attentive, professional, and courteous representative I’ve ever dealt with, from ANY company. (BMW has great service, and I thought that was the best until I’ve worked with Greg) he has made this process one of the most easiest things I’ve done in my life, and I guess buying a house really can be simple as long as you are equipped with a realtor that knows the inns and out of every little thing you could possibly think of. I’m so happy with my new house, and it’s all because Greg made it happen. If Greg was a lawyer, I’d hire him because of how sharp and precise he is in his explanations, his swift responses, and expedited services. On a scale of 1-10, overall, I’d give Greg a 20. HIGHLY Recommended!

Having lived in the house for 27 years and after the loss of my husband, selling the house was very emotional for me. Rob’s patience, compassion and his being available at all times, made it easy for me. He sold my house and was my realtor on the home I bought.
