She fought hard to get the repairs and inspections and credits. The seller was difficult and the seller’s agents were inexperienced. Kristin made sure the home was safe and secure and my deal was fair before we signed. She navigated through some ignorance (not hers) emotions (mine) and a lot of phone tag and daisy chain messages. All the while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
