I contacted Carrie Sue Shawfield after I reviewed several internet ads by agents in New Smyrna Beach, FL. I met her and her associate at a home on the beach. My impression is that she is extremely knowledgeable about everything concerning real estate in this market. I am very pleased with the services she has provided. She is extremely intelligent and knows how to make all the rules, regulations and laws work for her client. I would recommend her to anyone I know concerning real estate.
