I can genuinely say that I’ve never met an agent as dedicated to their clients as Brian is. And I used to be in the business, so that’s saying a lot!! From the moment we met Brian, we knew we wanted to work with him. From the first day, it was like he knew us. He asked us to come to an open house he was holding because he thought we might like the house.. we were a bit hesitant but decided to trust him. Thank god we did because we walked in and immediately knew it was our dream home. The house was a bit out of our budget but Brian used his skills and knowledge of the market to help us make an offer that we felt comfortable with. Brian negotiated with the seller until we were all happy. When the offer got accepted, Brian immediately sprung into action getting everything planned and ready before we even needed it. When there was an issue, Brian already had the solution written up or planned. He’s like a transaction wizard!!! Brian was there with us every step of the way, taking every panicked or excited phone call we threw his way. He worked his butt off for us right to closing and even checks in after we’ve closed!
