First Time Homebuyer

I was clueless and intimidated by the homebuying process. Brian gave me all of the information I asked for and would proactively inform me so I could have confidence in my decisions. He was always available and understanding of my concerns. The level of detail and care Brian took during house visits made me feel like I had a family member by my side looking out for my best interests. Brian is low pressure, a great listener and a proactive teacher. He always turned questions around same day or next day. I never had to follow up with Brian, he always followed up with me. As I found out, home buying can get intense and emotional and Brian was always there for me to make sure I could always proceed informed and with confidence.
