Julie went above and beyond helping us find and close on a condo. She was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us find a great place. It was after the contract was signed that Julie excelled. She stayed on top of my mortgage company ensuring that they were progressing through all of the stages in a timely manner. She found a potential issue that would have delayed our closing. Not only did she find the issue but worked with both the Condo Association and the Mortgage company to ensure all documentation was processed in time for closing. I have not had another realtor who has offered that level of service. Throughout it all, she was very professional and courteous.

He walked us through the very difficult process of purchasing our first home in a very competitive market. He was responsive to every question and above all else has a skill that most lack nowadays..listening. He listened to our needs and our must haves for our children. There was never a moment of “well I know it’s not everything but let me show you this” he is a constant communicator ensuring we were comfortable with with the properties and offers. A good realtor knows how to pick you up after the disappointment of an unaccepted offer - Michael handled that like a pro each time . In this market, we felt the competition but always felt like we being competitive with our offers and guidance from Michael, we were able to close on a house after a few short months while others have been looking for much much longer.
