Laura Leigh and Tracy J are the dynamic duo. After trying and failing to sell by owner, these two jumped into action. They took amazing photos, staged the home, made recommendations to help with attracting buyers and got a contract for asking price in 30 days. Tracy J is awesome, she is probably the hardest working realtor I have ever met. She met every challenge head on and always positive.

Teri was extremely thorough in making sure any and all requirements were handled in time to prevent any delays in closing and very knowledgeable regarding market conditions and what types of buyer loan conditions would or would not be appropriate for my property and my needs. She responded immediately to all questions and concerns and worked tirelessly to navigate negotiations as well as going above and beyond in helping me to find quality contractors that I needed to complete the sale. On top of all that, she is a wonderful person who truly cares about her clients on a personal level, not just a realtor but a true friend. I'm so glad I found her!

Teri went all out to get our Condo Sold in a soft market. Since we were out of town her handling of all the personal contact with Inspectors, contractors remodeling the condo and other suppliers was professional and always in our best interest. Teri is the best I have ever worked with!

Review I am so grateful to have met Teri Lawrence! My grandfather told me about her after having met her through a mutual friend of theirs, and since her & I's first call and first in-person meeting, I knew I wanted to hire her. Professional, open to other view points, honest, and trusting, she strove to help me in whatever way she could and to get the best outcome for me as possible selling my home. Due to various circumstances (mainly me having to work out of town & putting off packing at times), it later got to the point where I ended up being just 2 weeks away from losing my home. But thanks to Teri's professionalism and steadfast determination to see the best outcome for me, she managed to find a buyer just in the nick of time! In spite of personal obstacles in my own life, she was there with an encouraging text or to lend an ear speaking over the phone together (I'll add that Teri is a great listener as well, & is very understanding :) There were times where she even stopped by in person to help me with documents; one time, she even stayed with me 2 extra hours going over several pages & various points, what to sign & what not to, etc. When she didn't have to do any of that.
