She knew my criteria and used that knowledge to tell buyers who were making offers that they needed to bring their A game and best price offer. Kristi gave this one on one attention even though I knew she had many other listings. I felt like I was her only listing because she made me feel that way. Kristi does such a fantastic job that I recommended her to my neighbor, who also was selling due to health circumstances. She knows sooner got that house listed then she was getting offers on that house. You have a good agent when you’ve used them before and you continue using them and you recommend them to others. Dione was supper excellent, she helped avoid taking houses with issues that could not be noticed by a regular buyer, she invested more time in researching on various houses before recommending anything. In addition, she was always available. She interrupted her family beach vacation to return to show us a house that was not going to be in market if she did not do so.
