This is the 4th time I have used John as my Real Estate Agent. He gets it done! He is always professional and available to answer any questions along the way of the looking and purchase process.

Trabajamos con Jose Aguilar para la compra de nuestra primera propiedad y, 5 años despues, para la venta de la misma, y en ambos casos nos sentimos acompañados y bien representados. Como primer comprador yo estaba abrumado con tanta informacion, asi que decidi confiar en su criterio y todo el proceso se dio en muy buenas condiciones, incluso logro negociar una rebaja en el precio porque la propiedad no incluia refrigerador, algo que valore bastante. En la venta de la propiedad, ya con mas conocimiento del mercado, pude valorar aun mas su seriedad, organizacion y compromiso con que todo se hiciera de forma correcta. Su punto fuerte es, sin duda, su profesionalismo y manejo del negocio inmobiliario. Si tuviera que mencionar un area de mejora, diria que a veces sus explicaciones pueden ser demasiado tecnicas para quienes no estan familiarizados con la terminologia de real estate, como le ocurrio a mi esposa. Es posible que, si simplifica un poco el lenguaje y resume los puntos clave cuando el cliente lo necesita, podra generar aun mas confianza en personas que se enfrentan por primera vez a una compra o venta. En resumen, considero que Jose es un agente confiable, con excelentes habilidades de negociacion y un alto sentido de responsabilidad, y lo recomendaria a otros compradores y vendedores que busquen a alguien serio y comprometido con sus clientes.

I didn’t really know what to expect getting into this process, but Tara prepped me and got me to the finish line just like she said she would! She was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I’m an over thinker so, I like to be over informed. Luckily, She did not mind me reaching out with my many many questions. We had several speed bumps and were hit by a few curveballs along the way… totally unexpected things! Tara maintained turquoise and got us through gracefully.

Anthony was terrific to work with on selling my condo. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns Since I live out of the area, this was important.. Also, when we had multiple offers, he achieved the very best result!

Cindy was amazing and extremely patient with us. She was not only helping my husband and I find a home but also my parents.
