We’ve known James and his wife for nearly 12 years — long before he became our agent — and choosing him to guide us through this home‑buying process was one of the best decisions we made. James helped us find a great inspector, walked us through multiple blue‑tape walkthroughs, and even he and his wife (Brittany) answered several lender‑related questions for us despite the fact that we weren’t using them as a lender due to builder incentives. He never hesitated to help, even when the questions weren’t technically his responsibility — and some of those answers were extremely important for us. He showed up every single time we needed him, including at closing, and even surprised us with a thoughtful gift card. Throughout the entire process, James answered calls and texts at pretty much any time of day — and on several occasions, well past normal business hours. His responsiveness, patience, and genuine care made a stressful experience so much easier. We truly appreciate everything James did for us and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, dependable, and sincerely invested in his clients.
