Si tuviera que mencionar un area de mejora, diria que a veces sus explicaciones pueden ser demasiado tecnicas para quienes no estan familiarizados con la terminologia de real estate, como le ocurrio a mi esposa. Es posible que, si simplifica un poco el lenguaje y resume los puntos clave cuando el cliente lo necesita, podra generar aun mas confianza en personas que se enfrentan por primera vez a una compra o venta. En resumen, considero que Jose es un agente confiable, con excelentes habilidades de negociacion y un alto sentido de responsabilidad, y lo recomendaria a otros compradores y vendedores que busquen a alguien serio y comprometido con sus clientes.
